SAPD detectives are attempting to locate Benedicto Partida Quinonez (58) who s*xually assaulted a 4-year-old girl at Madison Park located at 1528 S. Standard Ave.
According to multiple witness statements, the victim was sitting at a swing set when Benedicto touched her buttocks over her clothing. He then fled the area on foot and has not yet been located by police.
