On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at approximately 8:57 P.M., the Santa Ana Police Department served a search warrant on a residence in the 3600 block of West Kent Avenue in Santa Ana.
Officers located the blue, four-door sedan and the driver involved in a hit-and-run traffic collision early that morning. The driver was identified as Madeline Ortiz (18) of Santa Ana. She was booked for Felony Hit and Run at the Santa Ana Jail.
