A Civilian Investigator from the Santa Ana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force learned that Ricardo Adrian Juarez-Pacheco, 36, was downloading and distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) over the Internet.
On November 29, 2022, Detectives from the Santa Ana Police Department and Special Agents from Homeland Security executed a search warrant at Juarez-Pacheco’s residence (1900 block of East Avalon Ave.) in the City of Santa Ana.
During the search, multiple electronic devices were seized, and evidence relating to the downloading and distributing of child pornography was located. Juarez-Pacheco was arrested for Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography and booked into the Santa Ana Detention Facility.
