An Orange patrol officer stopped a vehicle on South Main Street this Sunday and it turned out the passenger was on probation.
During a search of the vehicle, the officer located an unregistered loaded firearm and drug paraphernalia.
The probationer was booked at Orange County Jail and another gun was taken off the streets from a felon.
Later in the shift, the same officer checked on a parked vehicle near Glassell and the Santiago Creek. The vehicle returned stolen, and the occupant was also on probation.
Inside the vehicle, the officer located several different types of illegal drugs along with scales.
She was also booked at Orange County Jail and the vehicle will be returned to the victim.
