Santa Ana, CA – Tomorrow, March 31, 2020, Vice Chairman Andrew Do will be hosting a press conference to address the County’s continuous efforts in response to COVID-19, including mental health services, hospital preparedness, mitigation efforts, and County projections. Vice Chairman Do will also provide an update from the Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors that will take place earlier that morning.
Also present to answer questions will be OC Health Officer Dr. Nichole Quick, Public Health Services Deputy Agency Director David Souleles, Director of Health Care Agency Richard Sanchez, and County Executive Officer Frank Kim.
The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. and can be viewed live online here. This press conference will also be lived streamed on Facebook.
The agenda includes updates from County health officials on efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, as well as related matters including testing for the virus, medical supplies and more.
