A victim had their debit card stolen during a distraction theft in another City in January, according to the Irvine Police Department.
Two suspects are accused of using the victim’s card to make several withdrawals from the victim’s account, resulting in a loss of $3,400.
The Irvine Police released a photo from surveillance video of a man in a camo jacket and tan baseball cap, with dark facial hair.
