The Irvine Police are searching for a man in his 40’s who robbed a U.S. Bank

On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, a man entered the U.S. Bank on Barranca Parkway in Irvine and demanded money from a bank teller, according to the Irvine Police Department.

The suspect entered the bank and demanded $18,000.00 from the bank teller using a note. The teller gave the suspect the money from the drawer, totaling $446.00. The suspect ran out of the bank and fled the area in a newer model white Toyota Sienna.

The suspect is described as a male, possibly Asian, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, approximately 210 pounds, with dark colored hair, possibly in his 40s, wearing blue jeans, a white baseball hat with the word “Callaway,” a navy-colored t-shirt with “USA” on the front, navy bandana on his face, sunglasses, and blue surgical gloves.

He is believed to be driving a newer model white Toyota Sienna with a temporary license paper plate or a covered plate.
