SAPD Chief Rojas to continue the annual police crackdown on Easter cruising

Well, we have a new Police Chief in Santa Ana, Carlos Rojas, but he is continuing the Santa Ana Police Department’s annual tradition of cracking down on Easter cruising, according to a press release issued today.

Here is what the SAPD is planning to do to stop the Easter cruising:

As with past years, the Santa Ana Police Department is taking pro-active measures to deter cruising activity throughout the city on Easter evening. Unfortunately, several city neighborhoods will be affected by the various street closures that will be established as a part of the anti-cruising effort.

On 03-31-13, starting at 1700 hours, road crews will begin establishing several lane and road closures around the Bristol St. corrirdor. Traffic on Bristol St. between 1st St. and Warner Av. will be limited to one lane for each direction of travel (north and south). Edinger Av. from Bristol St. to Main St. will be completely closed. Traffic traveling on Main St. bewteen 1st St. to Anahurst Pl. will be limited to one lane of travel for each direction (north and south).

The lane and road closures will be in effect until 0300 hours on Moday morning (04-01-13) and should not effect commuters.

  • "Well, we have a new Police Chief in Santa Ana, Carlos Rojas, but he is continuing the Santa Ana Police Department’s annual tradition of cracking down on Easter cruising"....... Hmmmmmm

But we have same narrow minded, 100% Mexican, city council with not so bright Mexican Mayor Pulido who approved the Mexican Chief Rojas to be the SAPD Chief.

So why are you surprised, Mr. Editor?

The Mexicans are running the City of Santa Ana.

FYI, only the intelligent people can make the intelligent decision!
