Santa Ana Zoo free to Santa Ana residents this Sunday, Sep. 19

After you finish celebrating Mexican Independence this weekend at Santa Ana’s Fiestas Patrias, come on down to the Santa Ana Zoo, at Prentice Park.  Santa Ana residents get in FREE this Sunday, Sep. 19.

Be sure to check out the new Tierra de las Pampas exhibit, that celebrates and preserves animals from one of the most highly endangered habitats in the world, in South America.

General admission is normally $8.00, Children 3-12 & seniors are $5.00.

The Santa Ana Zoo is located at Prentice Park, at 1801 E. Chestnut, Santa Ana.  The Zoo displays over 300 animals from around the world on 21 acres. Open daily from 10am to 4pm, once inside, one can remain until 5pm.

Admission fee: General rate (13 – 59 years old) $8.00 each
Children 3 -12 years old and Seniors 60 years and older $5.00 each
Children age 2 and under are FREE of charge
