Santa Ana street closures and permitted events for August 17 to 23

Here are the locations of upcoming permitted events and road closures in Santa Ana so you can plan accordingly. Please drive slowly and safely in construction zones and around crowded events.

Thursday, August 17

  • Lane reduction on Sunflower Ave between South Plaza Drive and Main Street due to street construction activity
    • 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. at night

Saturday, August 19

  • Plaza Calle Cuatro
    • Event Hours: 6 – 9 p.m.
  • Sidewalk Sales @ Various locations throughout Downtown Santa Ana
    • Sale hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Sunday, August 20

  • Plaza Calle Cuatro
    • Event hours: 5 – 9 p.m.
  • Sidewalk Sales @ Various locations throughout Downtown Santa Ana
    • Sale hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Through August 18

  • Closure of the Bush St. & Santa Ana Blvd. intersection due to OC Streetcar construction activity.

Through August 24

  • Lane reduction on Sunflower Ave between Main and Flower streets due to underground construction activity
    • 7 p.m. – 4 a.m. nightly
  • North and Southbound curb lane reductions on South Main St. between Dyer Rd. and MacArthur Blvd. due to street repairs
    • 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily

Through August 31

  • Lane reduction on Warner Ave between Flower St. and Standard Ave. due to underground construction activity
    • 8 p.m. – 5 a.m. nightly
