Santa Ana residents invited to share ideas on the City’s Strategic Plan

The City has a Five-Year Strategic Plan with goals to improve service to the public. It’s time to update the Plan, so the City hired a consultant to work with the City Council, staff and the public to develop Strategic Plan Goals for City Council’s consideration.

To ensure that our next Strategic Plan reflects the values, priorities and vision of our Santa Ana community in the years ahead, the City is will host live meeting sessions on Thursday, April 23, at 7 p.m. to ask the community for their opinions on the draft goals.

You can participate through any of the following virtual meeting options:

1) Watch the meeting on YouTube (www.youtube.com/CityofSantaAnaVideos)

2) Watch the meeting on Facebook (www.facebook.com/CityofSantaAna/)

3) Listen and comment over the phone at (669) 900-9128, then enter meeting ID: 315 965 149

Throughout this meeting, you will have the opportunity to provide input via text on your mobile phone.

La Ciudad tiene un Plan Estratégico de cinco años con metas para mejorar el servicio al público. Es hora de actualizar el Plan, así que la Ciudad contrató a una consultora para trabajar con el Concejo Municipal, el personal, y el público para desarrollar las metas del Plan Estratégico para la consideración del Concejo Municipal.
