Between October 2000 and October 2008, Castro sexually assaulted a female relative on a regular basis when the victim was 8 to 17 years old. He engaged in oral copulation and sexual intercourse with the victim.
When Jane Doe was 11 years old, Castro impregnated her. Jane Doe gave birth to a baby girl at the age of 12. Jane Doe kept the baby. Despite the pregnancy, the ongoing sexual abuse of Jane Doe was never reported to law enforcement.
In 2011, Jane Doe began going to a new church and confided in her pastor that Castro had impregnated her as a child. The pastor encouraged Jane Doe to report the sexual assault to the police, and Jane Doe came forward to the Santa Ana Police Department on April 19, 2011.
Castro’s lifetime sex offender registration bars him from entering County recreational areas and City parks which have passed the Sex Offender Ordinance. Here is a classical example of what is wrong when immigrants clinch on their culture instead trying to Americanize.
The Mexico is third world country and to impregnate 11 years old girl is normal in some states of the Mexico culture.
In fact a marriage is common in that age, even in some US states like New Hampshire allow marriage at 13 and less with parental approval.
So what was accomplished here?
Child has no father even though the mother went alone with the pregnancy.
DA Tony Rackauckas, thinks that it show how tough he is on the crime when infarct he is aiding and abetting the SAPD13 death squad to murder children on the run from the police, and allows 11years old and younger girls and boys to be raped by sheriff's deputies in the OC Juvenal detention and by social workers in their facilities.
If there is any crime done here is to allow Mexicans and Latinos to practice their primitive cultural behavior in the USA something they are so proud of.
I should add that selling a girl around that age 8-14 for sex by the parents is routinely done in oriental culture here in the Orange County.
So Tony Rackauckas, show us your law enforcement.
Bad news Fiala. This sort of thing is a real problem in your homeland - the Czech Republic
The number of children born out of wedlock doubled in the Czech Republic over the past ten years, from 22 percent in 2000 to 40 percent in 2010, according to the data of the Czech Statistical Office (CSU).
http://praguemonitor.com/2012/02/14/number-children-born-out-wedlock-doubles-10-yrs
And Czech teenage birth and abortion rates are among the highest in Europe.

Unfortunately we are talking about incest and family sexual abuse, not the pregnancy out of wedlock.
In addition, just because it is about Czech residents it does not specify race and nationality.
Gypsies?, Rumanians? Russians?, Jews? lot of riff-raff is there lately too since the EU has no border.
The riff-raff likes Czech Republic for its economical wealth and friendlies.
