Santa Ana man convicted of breaking, entering and masturbating

MAN CONVICTED OF BREAKING INTO HOME AND MASTURBATING IN FRONT OF GRANDMOTHER AND TWO YOUNG GRANDDAUGHTERS

SANTA ANA – A man was convicted today of breaking into the home of a grandmother and her two grandchildren, masturbating in front of the three victims. Ozro Robert Lee, 46, Santa Ana, was found guilty by a jury of one felony count each of first degree residential burglary of an inhabited dwelling, indecent exposure after unlawful entry, and two felony counts of child annoyance after trespass, and a sentencing enhancement allegation for non-accomplice present during a residential burglary was found true. He faces a maximum sentence of eight years in state prison at his sentencing April 6, 2012, at 8:30 a.m.in Department C-37, Central Justice Center, Santa Ana.

At approximately 8:00 p.m. on April 15, 2011, Lee broke into a Garden Grove home by prying at the front door using a screw driver or tool. Two little girls, ages 6 and 8 years old, were inside the home with their 59-year-old grandmother, Jane Doe. Jane Doe was in her bedroom with her 6-year-old granddaughter while the other watched television in the living room. Jane Doe is the sole caretaker of her granddaughters and suffers from impaired speech and limited mobility due to partial paralysis caused by a recent stroke. The victims do not know the defendant.

Lee entered the home and walked into a bathroom as the children screamed. Jane Doe heard the screams and came out of her bedroom to find Lee in the house. As Jane Doe yelled for the defendant to get out of the home, Lee turned toward the three victims, dropped his pants, and masturbated. He then fled the scene.

Lee was arrested shortly thereafter outside the residence by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, who investigated this case.

Senior Deputy District Attorney Beth Costello is prosecuting this case.

  • Hey junior, errr Mike I mean Fr. Harris,

    How ya doin creep?

I just learned that a the term "SOCK-PUPPET" that your liberal OC friends like to throw around as meaning internet posters like a guy named Mike Tardiff using a FAKE name like "Junior" is actually a sock puppet. really means closeted GAY men sharing fluids using condoms, so as not to infect their wives.

It all makes sense now "FRAT HOUSE BOY". Maybe monsignor gave you that extra "GO-GO-GO" back in '68 when papa Mike was big at Eddie West.

If I was your daughter, I'd warn the Garndkids: PERVERTS

  • "The house he broke into was in Garden Grove"..... Hmmmm

I see! If Santa Ana criminals go to neighboring cities to commit crime then the Santa Ana may be #4 safest city.
