Santa Ana Historical Preservation Society Easter event on April 2

Dr. Willella Howe-Waffle has opened her house for Easter and hopes you will attend!

Join the Santa Ana Historical Society for a special spring Open House and book signing at the Dr Willella Howe-Waffle house on Saturday, April 2, 2011 from noon to 4:00 pm.

Included with your tour of this 1889 Victorian gem are delicious tea and Easter sweets, Easter displays with vintage cards, and a Victorian Easter themed bookmark to take home.

Local author Chris Epting will be on hand to discuss and sign his popular photo books, including “Vanishing Orange County” and “Orange County Then and Now”-a perfect gift to tuck into the Easter basket of the history lover in your life!

After you’ve toured the house, why not tour the neighborhood? For an additional charge of $8 pp, a fascinating 2-hour guided Downtown Landmark Architectural Walking Tour is also available starting at 2:30 pm. (Call to reserve.)
