REP. LORETTA SANCHEZ TO HOST 8TH ANNUAL ORANGE COUNTY VETERANS’ FAIR

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez (CA-47) today released the following schedule of events for July 9 of interest to media and the public. Please note that these events are subject to change. If you plan on attending any event, please verify the details with Rep. Sanchez’s district office in advance.

Saturday, July 9, 9:00am- 1:00pm: 8th Annual Orange County Veterans’ Fair: Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez and the VA Long Beach Health Care System will host the 8th Annual Orange County Veterans’ Fair and invites local veterans to attend.

Congresswoman Sanchez will present remarks and veterans will enjoy:

  • Free Health Screenings administered by the VA Long Beach Health Care System Mobile Health and the Anekant Community Center
  • Benefits Counseling by the CA Employment Development Department
  • Long Term Care
  • Family Counseling
  • Employment Opportunities
  • Eligibility/Enrollment
  • Legal Services
  • Homeless Outreach
  • Local Veterans’ Organizations
  • Entertainment
