Public meeting set for a redevelopment project on E. Dyer for Oct. 19

The second Sunshine Meeting for a new industrial redevelopment project proposed at 1221-1231 E. Dyer Road. Meeting will take place in person on Thursday, October 19th at 6:00 PM at 1251 E. Dyer Road, Suite 100, Santa Ana.

The project proposes to remove two existing office buildings, associated parking and landscaping, and site utilities. The new industrial buildings are proposed with sizes ranging from 43,000 to 63,000 square feet totaling 176,000 square feet, including mezzanine space.

Please attend this meeting to provide comments about this proposed development. At the meeting the project team will provide general information, answer questions, and solicit input on the proposed project.
