Orange County will let you go to the gym or your favorite bar starting today

Orange County officials announced today that additional businesses and services will be allowed to reopen countywide on Friday, June 12, including in Santa Ana.

These industries, as identified by State and County health officials, include:

• Campgrounds, RV parks and outdoor recreation (including swimming pools)
• Cardrooms, satellite wagering facilities and racetracks
• Family entertainment centers (including bowling alleys, miniature golf, batting cages, arcades and movie theaters)
• Gyms and fitness centers
• Hotels for tourism and travel
• Museums, galleries, zoos and aquariums
• Restaurants, bars and wineries

The County also announced that the use of face coverings is no longer mandatory but is still recommended. Additionally, in-person services have reopened at the County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.

The City of Santa Ana is preparing to reopen the Santa Ana Zoo and swimming pools at a later date. Santa Ana City Hall and tennis courts have already reopened to the public.

The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control additionally has modified its guidelines for serving alcohol after the California Department of Public Health removed the requirement that alcoholic beverages be served only in conjunction with meals. El Condado Aprueba la Reapertura de Más Negocios el Viernes 12 de Junio

Funcionarios del Condado de Orange anunciaron hoy que se permitirá la reapertura de negocios y servicios adicionales en todo el condado el viernes 12 de junio, incluso en Santa Ana.

Estas industrias, identificadas por los funcionarios de salud estatales y del condado, incluyen:
• Campamentos, parques de casas rodantes y recreación al aire libre (incluyendo albercas)
• Salas de juego, instalaciones de apuestas satelitales y pistas de carreras
• Centros de entretenimiento familiar (incluyendo boleras, minigolf, jaulas de bateo, salas de juego y cines)
• Gimnasios y centros de ejercicio
• Hoteles para turismo y viajes
• Museos, galerías, zoológicos y acuarios
• Restaurantes, bares y bodegas

El Condado también anunció que el uso de mascarillas ya no es obligatorio, pero aún se recomienda. Además, los servicios en persona se han reabierto en la Oficina del Secretario y Registro del Condado.

La Ciudad de Santa Ana se está preparando para reabrir el Zoológico de Santa Ana y las albercas de la Ciudad en una fecha más tarde. El ayuntamiento de Santa Ana y las canchas de tenis ya han reabierto al público.

El Departamento de Control de Bebidas Alcohólicas de California también ha modificado sus pautas para servir alcohol después de que el Departamento de Salud Pública de California eliminó el requisito de que las bebidas alcohólicas se sirvan solo junto con las comidas.
