On Thursday March 12th from 6-7 pm, Michelle Steel, Chairwoman of the Orange County Board of Supervisors will be hosting a tele-town hall along with Dr. Nicole Quick, the County Health Officer and Richard Sanchez, Director of the Orange County Health Care Agency to address questions and alleviate concerns related to the global coronavirus outbreak.
“I found it important for the public to have the opportunity to present any questions they may have about coronavirus and what the county is doing to protect our communities,” said Chairwoman Steel. “It is also an opportunity to hear from our top county health officials, who will be able to clearly convey all the facts pertaining to the virus and clear up any misinformation about it.”
The townhall will be able to accommodate 10,000 unique callers and will be both live streamed and archived on the County of Orange, California Facebook and Twitter.
