O.C.’s Contract Services Group is celebrating their 50th anniversary

Contract Services Group (CSG), based in Brea, CA, proudly announces its momentous achievement of 50 years in business. From our inception in 1973, with only 2 clients, CSG has provided high-quality commercial cleaning and hospitality services.

CSG’s 50th anniversary marks half a century of unwavering dedication to customer focus, continuous improvement, integrity, and communication. The company’s journey from humble beginnings to a thriving enterprise is a testament to its core values and client-centric approach.

CSG CEO, John Pearce, founded the company in 1973. At the time, John was working as a chemical salesman. A client who was dissatisfied by their current provider approached John about starting his own commercial cleaning company. John took his determined mindset and business skillset and founded what is now Contract Services Group.

From the beginning, John integrated his family into the business. His sons, Erick and Casey, were reliable backup team members. In 2006, Casey Pearce, John’s son, assumed the position of President of CSG. Our company’s success is closely tied to our family history, with 3 generations at CSG.

As a family-owned business, CSG has a strong sense of unity and purpose among its team members and leadership team. The close-knit atmosphere has fostered team member loyalty and dedication. It has also contributed to the seamless collaboration that ensures the smooth functioning of all departments.

CSG has undergone remarkable growth over our 50 years. We have evolved from a small enterprise to a prominent industry leader. Despite this rapid expansion, the company has remained true to its roots, staying true to the principles that laid its foundation five decades ago. The secret behind its success lies in its genuine care for its clients and a relentless pursuit of excellence in all aspects of its operations.

Our 50th anniversary is not only a celebration of our growth, but also a tribute to the trust and confidence that our clients have placed in us over the years. We remain committed to providing them with the best products and services, consistently striving to exceed their expectations.

Looking towards the future, CSG remains committed to upholding its core values and further enhancing its service offerings. The company aims to continue building lasting relationships with its clients while expanding its presence in new markets and exploring exciting growth opportunities.

CSG has a Santa Ana location at 2112 E. 4th St. Suite 100, available at 714-582-1800 Ext. 2010.

The CSG Mission: We, at Contract Services Group, build lasting relationships and continuously improve the services we provide with an emphasis on the health and safety of our business partners, their customers, our team members, and the environment.
