    • Yup!! "Luxury Living" lol what a joke. That just means hastily constructed builder grade apartments with some glitzy features and a grossly inflated price. Same shady landlords that keep your security deposit no matter what, do nothing about noise complaints, and are always conveniently away from the office when you have a maintenance request. Oh! and I'm sure the city gave Toll Brothers an "exemption" on parking because it's close to a (homeless-filled) bus stop. So don't even think about parking your car on-site. And if you live in the surrounding neighborhoods, your are now the parking lot! Progress!
