New luxury apartments, The Row at Red Hill, opening in Santa Ana

ORANGE COUNTY, CA. (July 25, 2024) – Leasing is now underway for one-of-a-kind luxury urban apartments in the heart of Orange County. First move-ins at The Row at Red HillGreystar’s largest and most ambitious mixed-use project to date – with abundant amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facility, retail and public art are slated to begin Aug. 1.

When completed in 2025, the expansive new development will encompass 1,100 housing units, 40,000 square feet of commercial space, four parking structures and abundant open space, all situated on more than 14.5 acres, at 2010 E Warner Ave., in Santa Ana.

According to Raul Tamez, senior director of development for Greystar, a global leader in the investment, development and management of real estate, The Row at Red Hill will offer a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, all housed in four structures – each with its own unique aesthetic concept – and topped with amenity decks. Encouraging social interaction and pedestrian flow, the community will feature a large central courtyard, as well as smaller ones throughout the project, pedestrian pathways, public art and promenades.

“The Row at Red Hill is the largest development ever built by Greystar, and is a transformative and dynamic addition to the central Orange County region,” Tamez said. “Both walkable and self-contained, this exciting new community is poised to set a new standard of modern living in the region – complete with the most current amenities, modern design and easy access to job centers and urban conveniences.”

Amenity-rich with a wealth of nearby dining and shopping, The Row at Red Hill will feature a two-story fitness and wellness club facility spanning 20,000 square feet, $1.2 million in public art, multiple resort-style pools and spas, EV charging stations, co-working spaces, dog park, bike storage, an outdoor kitchen and firepit, a resident service hub and conference room, multiple clubrooms and much more. Also available will be a robust tech package with smart home technology, high speed WIFI, a video intercom system and cloud-based access control.

Outfitted with contemporary designer finishes and amenities, homes offer abundant natural light and masterfully appointed with modern wood-style flooring. Each residence has a front load washer and dryer and kitchens equipped with gas ranges, modern stainless steel Samsung appliances and quartz countertops and ceiling fans.

Ideally situated for both work and play, the development is at the corner of Warner and Redhill Avenues near Irvine and Tustin, a regional hub with plentiful dining, shopping and entertainment options as well as multiple employment centers. The community also offers close proximity to most major freeways, including the 55, the 5 and the 405.

The Row at Red Hill’s retail broker, LAB Co, is behind nearby popular retail and culinary hubs The LAB Anti-Mall, The CAMP, and Anaheim Packing District.

The project’s urban industrial style was designed by architectural firm AO. The builder for the project is Greystar and interior design is by Parisi. Rents will range from $2,810 to $4,600. For more information visit therowatredhill.com.
