Mayor Pulido discusses the City’s freeze on rent increases

In his latest video update about COVID-19, Santa Ana Mayor Miguel A. Pulido discusses the City’s new executive order stopping residential rent increases through May 31.

In addition to the rent freeze announced last week, the City is prohibiting residential and commercial evictions and foreclosures for those impacted by the pandemic.

El Alcalde Miguel Pulido Habla Sobre Congelamiento en Aumentos de Alquileres

En su actualización de video sobre COVID-19 más reciente, el alcalde de Santa Ana, Miguel A. Pulido, habla sobre la nueva orden ejecutiva de la Ciudad que detiene los aumentos de alquileres residenciales hasta el 31 de mayo.

Además de la congelación de alquileres anunciada la semana pasada, la Ciudad prohíbe los desalojos y ejecuciones hipotecarias residenciales y comerciales para aquellos afectados por la pandemia.
