Mayor Miguel Pulido joins Com Link in honoring this year’s Neighborhood Heroes

Santa Ana Communication Linkage Forum Honors Outstanding Individuals

From Mayor Miguel Pulido’s July, 2015 Newsletter

The Santa Ana Communication Linkage Forum (“Com-Link”) strives to promote positive leadership, community participation, unity and pride in all neighborhoods by improving the quality of life in Santa Ana “block-by-block.” The Board of Com-Link established the Neighborhood Hero Award in 1998 to honor those individuals who have shown commitment and enthusiasm in bettering the quality of life in their neighborhoods.

On Thursday, June 25, 2015, I had the great pleasure of participating with the Board of Com-Link to celebrate and recognize 17 Neighborhood Heroes and 27 winners of the Most Beautiful Yard Program at the Bowers Museum. The event was a huge success with over 200 community members in attendance.
