On Saturday, May 4, 2024, at approximately 2:15 p.m., suspects approached a victim at the 1600 block of W. 1st. St. and told her they wanted to include her in claiming a winning lottery ticket prize. When she declined participation, the female suspect interlocked her arm with the victim’s.
Under duress and with the male suspect following, the victim was escorted to an OCTA bus that traveled to the area of 1701 N. Bristol St., near the victim’s residence.
