Local Businessman Pat Garcia Launches Campaign for California’s 46th Congressional District

ORANGE COUNTY, CA – Today, local businessman Pat Garcia formally announced his candidacy in the 2012 race for California’s 46th Congressional District, which after redistricting will principally include the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim and Orange.

The Garcia Campaign’s message is that they are offering a Citizen Politician who is a small businessman to the voters they believe are ready to send representatives to Washington D.C. who understand that government is part of the problem; that it needs to get out of the way of the free market so that our citizens can get back to earning their own prosperity. “The textbook definition of insanity is doing the same old thing and expecting a different result; I plan to offer the voters a real choice.”

“I can no longer sit on the sidelines while our great country decays around us and our citizens grow ever more demoralized. I have watched as Government has grown bigger and more intrusive. I have watched as our elected leaders tell us what we want to hear but do what they want to do. Meanwhile a proliferation of inefficient Government regulations and bureaucracies erode away at the very fabric of our businesses, our communities, our homes and our families. I am compelled to step up and serve my Country. It is my civic duty, my responsibility as a citizen, a father and a husband.”

Pat Garcia is a family man and small business owner who has resided in Orange County much of his life. He is co-founder of Beach Pacific Escrow, Inc., a Huntington Beach Independent Escrow Company, and has spent the last 20+ years fighting for those small businesses that make up a large portion of the Independent Escrow Industry in California, serving at the trade association and on the Board of the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation which insures consumers’ funds against theft by the escrow holder. • "Latino candidate files for the 46th Congressional District"...... Hmmmmm

More taxes, more dream acts, more illegal aliens and more of poverty for all of us.

Our forefathers were no Latinos and they created USA. In same time Latinos created Mexico.

Do you want to live in USA or in Mexico like Santa Ana run by Magnificent Seven Mexicans and one white incompetent COP?

  • "a small businessman .. government is part of the problem; that it needs to get out of the way of the free market so that our citizens can get back to earning their own prosperity. .. I have watched as Government has grown bigger and more intrusive."

This guy sounds more like a Republican than a Democrat.

  • Confirmed per "Around the Capital": he's a Republican, of the "but won't admit it on his website" variety.
