Lane closures on Santa Ana Boulevard set for Sep. 4 to March, 2022

Starting on Saturday, September 4, 2021, the following traffic configuration will be in place on Santa Ana Boulevard, from Bristol Street to Parton Street:

• Eastbound and westbound traffic will be shifted to the south side of the street, with one lane of travel in each direction.
• There will no parking on both sides of Santa Ana Boulevard.
• There will be sporadic partial intersection closures at Baker Street and at Parton Street.

The above traffic patterns will be in place for several months while the OC Streetcar Contractor constructs the track between Bristol Street and Parton Street in the north half of the street. The detours outlined are long term and will be in place for the same time period.

This work may be loud. The schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather or unforeseen operational issues.

Access to residences and businesses will be maintained. Advance notice will be provided if driveway restrictions or full intersection closures are necessary.

We recommend using alternate routes or plan for possible delays since these lane closures will impact traffic flow. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
