Earlier tonight, police officers were dispatched to the Home Depot located at 10801 Garden Grove Blvd., regarding a grand theft in progress, according to the Garden Grove Police Department.
The suspects were recognized from previous incidents involving large-scale thefts. The suspects were seen exiting through the emergency exit with over $1,300 worth of merchandise. Officers observed the vehicle fleeing the area and conducted a high-risk car stop.
Four suspects were arrested and the stolen property was recovered.
