Holiday Bike Ride set for Dec. 21 in Santa Ana

Join Santa Ana Active Streets (SAAS) on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. starting from Latino Health Access located at 450 W. 4^th Street in the City of Santa Ana for their Ride of Lights, a family-cycling event.  This free event will offer a short two-mile route for beginners and families, and a long five-mile route for experienced adults.  Both routes will be a flat, slow-paced ride.

SAAS will be highlighting the importance of safety while riding at night by distributing bike lights and assisting with proper fittings at our helmet station.  Discover the benefits of group riding by participating with members of the community along the streets of Santa Ana.

Don’t forget to show off your holiday spirit by decorating your bike and dressing up!  SAS will provide FREE helmets and bike lights to anyone who needs them before the ride.  Please come prepared ready to roll!
