Get into the Orange County Fair for free this Friday, July 16

The latest edition of the Orange County Fair opens on Friday, July 16.  And there are a few deals to be had.  For one thing, you can get in free if you get there this Friday between noon and 1 pm.  Here are the best deals to be had, courtesy of the O.C. Fair’s website:

  • Free Fair Admission – Noon to 1 p.m., presented by Sparkletts
  • Free Fair Parking – Noon to 1 p.m.
  • Free General Admission Seating With Fair Admission to:
  • * The 36th Annual Speedway Fair Derby
  • * The Pink Floyd Experience in The Pacific Amphitheatre (Subject to availability, first come, first served)
  • $1 Fair Food Tastings – Noon to 4 p.m.
  • $1 Carnival Rides and Games – Noon to 7 p.m.

Food Drive
Wednesday, July 21
Noon – 6 p.m.

One FREE admission and one carnival ride per person with donation of five canned food items. Benefits Second Harvest Food Bank and OC Food Bank. Sponsored by Ralphs.

Book Drive
Wednesday, July 28
Noon – 6 p.m.

One FREE admission and one carnival ride per person with donation of one new children’s book or three gently used children’s books. Benefits the Orange County Department of Education and BookEnds.

Clothing Drive
Wednesday, August 4
Noon – 6 p.m.

One FREE admission and one carnival ride per person with donation of five gently used clothing items. Benefits Goodwill of Orange County.

School Supply Drive
Wednesday, August 11
Noon – 6 p.m.

One FREE admission and one carnival ride per person with donation of one new school supply item valued at $3 or more. Benefits Orange County youth with the help of Share Our Selves.

Follow the OC Fair ice cream truck as it makes its way through Orange County giving away FREE ice cream and other OC Fair goodies.
