The Dana Point Festival of Whales attracts nearly 100,000 visitors each year. With a parade, whale watching excursions, contests, a block party, shopping and more, the festival is a great way to celebrate the annual return of the migrating gray whales.

Getting to the Festival on the Train
Can’t make it to the event in Orange? You can still take Metrolink to San Juan Capistrano for the festival. Simply purchase a $10 Metrolink Weekend Pass at the train station closest to you. Ride the train to San Juan Capistrano, and then board OCTA bus Route 91 South for a short ride down to Dana Point Harbor.
