Free drive-thru Health Fair set for Oct. 11 in Garden Grove

Orange County is providing patients access to vital medical care and health screening services at Orange County’s first drive-thru free Health Fair, sponsored by Supervisor Andrew Do.

On Sunday, October 11, Supervisor Andrew Do is partnering with the Vietnamese American Physician Association of Southern California (VPASC) nonprofit to host the free health fair at Concorde Career College.

• Date: Sunday, October 11
• Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Location: Concorde Career College
• Address: 12951 Euclid St. #101, Garden Grove, CA 92840
• Entrance: Through Garden Grove Boulevard

“In light of the current pandemic, it is especially important that we prioritize our health,” said Supervisor Andrew Do. “I am honored to partner with the Vietnamese American Physician Association of Southern California and Concorde Career College to provide free health care resources for Orange County residents.”

The Health Fair services include:
• Flu Shots (limited to 800 doses)
• Cholesterol / Glucose / Hemoglobin Testing
• Colon Cancer Screening Consultation with Home Test-Kit
• Consultation with a Doctor

Patients seeking assistance for a colon cancer screening are asked to pre-register by calling 714-751-5805 (ext. 1005) or online at https://www.vacf.org/event-details/vpasc-2020/form.

The entrance to the Health Fair will be from Garden Grove Boulevard. Once a patient is checked-in, they will be guided to the appropriate lane. Patients are asked to wear a face mask and remain in their cars at all times.
