Foreclosure assistance seminar coming to Santa Ana on Feb. 11

A community counseling and foreclosure assistance seminar will be held in Santa Ana on Feb. 11, at Calvary Church, located at 1010 N. Tustin Avenue.

HUD-Approved housing counseling agencies, lenders and non-profit legal counselors will be on-site to assist you for free.

Session 1 – English: 2:30pm to 4:30pm (Registration Begins at 2:00pm)
Session 2 – Spanish: 5:30pm to 7:30pm (Registration Begins at 5:00pm)

What to Bring:

  • Your loan documents and recent mortgage statement
  • Your two most current pay stubs
  • Your most recent two years’ of W2’s
  • Your most recent two years’ of tax returns
  • A list of your monthly expenses

We can only assist homeowners whose name is on the mortgage. Please do not send third parties on your behalf.

Consumer Credit Counseling of Orange County also offers foreclosure assistance every Tuesday, from 8:30 am to 10:30 am., at 1920 N. Tustin, in Santa Ana.  Click here to read about those services.
