Fit Seniors class at First Congregational Church of Santa Ana

The First Congregational Church of Santa Ana (FCCSA) is hosting a Fit Seniors Class  on Tuesday, September 29 and Thursday, Oct. 1.

Specializing in the fitness of older adults, FCCSA’s Fit Seniors class provides group exercise for an affordable price. They believe men and women benefit from physical activity, no matter what their age. Special attention is given to balance and strengthening strategic muscle groups. The FCCSA teachers are certified senior fitness instructors, dedicated to working in the senior community.

Fit Seniors meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30 am., in the Fireside Room of the First Congregational Church of Santa Ana, UCC.  First Congregational Church of Santa Ana, UCC, located at 2555 Santiago St. Santa Ana, CA 92706 714-639-0311 .  Click here to see a map.

Also on September 30, First Congregational Church of Santa Ana  is hosting a Yoga class.  The word yoga means union, and FCCSA believes yoga helps to create union between the mind, body and spirit. FCCSA’s yoga class is open to teens and adults for an affordable price. FCCSA’s teachers are certified yoga instructors dedicated to helping you relax through deep breathing, stretching, and connecting your mind, body and spirit.

Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel, and get more bliss for your buck, every Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m., in the Fireside Room of the First Congregational Church of Santa Ana, UCC.
