A male suspect cleverly donned a day-glow yellow safety shirt, while stealing items at a Harbor Freight store in Irvine.
The “safety-conscious” man is suspected of stealing two power inverters from the store on the afternoon of August 15.
The suspect has small tattoos under both eyes and may also wear sunglasses at night. He left the area in a classic black Honda Accord.
