Email your comments to the Santa Ana City Council for their July 7 meeting, or show up in person with a mask

The City of Santa Ana encourages the public to email their comments about items on the Tuesday, July 7, City Council meeting agenda.

Comments received by 4 p.m. the day of the meeting will be provided to Councilmembers for review. Please email ecomment@santa-ana.org.

The agenda is available at www.santa-ana.org/cc/city-meetings.

The City Council also will allow in-person public comment at the meeting in an isolated area. Masks or face coverings are required, and hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be available.

Public comments will be held during the beginning of the meeting for all comments on agenda and non-agenda items. The public won’t be able to make comments by phone.

In order to maintain social distancing and prevent the spread of COVID-19, seating won’t be available to the public inside the Chamber.

Members of the public who have tested positive for COVID-19, are displaying symptoms of the illness, or are immunocompromised and at a higher risk if exposed should not attend City Council meetings in person.

All members of the public are encouraged to watch the meeting via three remote options:

• The City’s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/cityofsantaanavideos/live
• The City’s television channel CTV3, available on Spectrum channel 3 and AT&T U-verse channel 99

Se Alienta al Público a Enviar Comentarios por E-mail al Concejo Municipal para Reunión del 7 de Julio; Comentario en Persona Disponible

La Ciudad de Santa Ana alienta al público a enviar sus comentarios por correo electrónico sobre los temas en la agenda de la reunión del Concejo de la Ciudad del martes 7 de julio.

Comentarios recibidos antes de las 4 p.m. el día de la reunión se proporcionarán a los miembros del Concejo para su revisión. Por favor envíe un e-mail a ecomment@santa-ana.org.

La agenda está disponible en www.santa-ana.org/cc/city-meetings.

El Concejo Municipal también va a permitir comentarios públicos en persona en la reunión en un área aislada. Se requieren máscaras o cubiertas faciales, y desinfectantes para manos y toallitas desinfectantes van a estar disponibles.

Para mantener el distanciamiento social y evitar la propagación de COVID-19, los asientos dentro de la Cámara no estarán disponibles para el público.

Los comentarios públicos se llevarán a cabo al principio de la reunión para todos los comentarios sobre temas de la agenda y otros temas. El público no podrá hacer comentarios por teléfono.

Miembros del público que resultaron positivos para COVID-19, muestren síntomas de la enfermedad o estén inmunocomprometidos y tengan un mayor riesgo si están expuestos no deberían asistir a las juntas del Concejo Municipal en persona.
