SANTA ANA, Calif. – The 2024 holiday season is officially here and the City of Santa Ana is kicking off the festivities with its annual Plaza Navideña event on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024, from 5 to 8 p.m. The annual celebration will be held at Plaza Calle Cuatro where the community can come together for an evening to support local businesses and celebrate the start of the holidays.
“On behalf of the Santa Ana City Council, I would like to invite the entire community to join us for our annual tree lighting in historical and beautiful Downtown Santa Ana,” Mayor Valerie Amezcua said. “This is a wonderful tradition that brings together families and neighbors to join in holiday cheer.”

The City of Santa Ana continues to work hard to build strong, lasting partnerships that enhance recreation programs and events to better create memorable and engaging experiences for the community. The City is excited to announce its newest title level partner, Disneyland Resort. Their generous contributions will allow for additional themed elements and activations such as crafts, photo opportunities, and more for everyone to enjoy. In addition, annual headline level partner Orange County Soccer Club will be in attendance helping spread holiday cheer with their beloved mascot, Gnarly.

Public parking is located at the parking garage on the cross streets of 5th and Spurgeon. Regular parking rates will apply, with the initial two hours being free. Limited meter parking will also be available throughout Downtown Santa Ana.
