Frankie (A1826058) came to our shelter after wandering into a person’s garage. After adjusting to our shelter, Frankie has been nothing but a friendly and affectionate dog. The one thing Frankie loves most is being petted! Once he’s petted, he quickly warms up and you’ll become the apple of his eye!
