Dinner, Magic Show and Beringer Wines at McCormick & Schmick’s on Sep. 22

McCormick & Schmick’s in Santa Ana and Napa Wines from Beringer are showcasing an evening of mind games with Michael Matthews.  There will be a Dinner and Magic Show on Sep. 22, at 7 pm, featuring a 4 course gourmet dinner and 4 great Napa wines, plus tax and 18% gratuity.

Seating is very limited so be sure to call (714) 558-1963 to RSVP.

Here is the menu for this magical evening:

  • First Course: Mixed Heirloom Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil Oil, Balsamic Reduction, paired with Beringer, Napa Valley, Sauvignon Blanc
  • Second Course: Pancetta Bacon Wrapped Prawns in a Thai BBQ Sauce paired with Beringer, Napa Valley, Chardonnay
  • Third Course: Citrus Encrusted Halibut, Pan Seared atop a Wild Mushroom Risotto, Drizzled with a Horseradish Pesto Cream, paired with Beringer, Napa Valley, Pino Noir
  • Fourth Course: Chocolate Silk Cake with Raspberry Coulis, paired with Beringer, Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon

All of this great food will be designed and prepared by Executive Chef Nicholas P. Christiansen and his top-notch staff.
