Patrol Officers were conducting proactive enforcement when they stopped a vehicle for vehicle code violations, according to the SAPD.
The driver admitted to officers he possessed Toluene, commonly referred to as “NOS,” prompting a search of the vehicle.
During the search, officers located numerous individually wrapped baggies suspected to contain cocaine and packaging materials.
Consequently, the driver was arrested and booked at the Santa Ana Jail on charges related to narcotic sales.
