An SAPD police officer was involved in a shooting this evening

The SAPD reported via Twitter this evening that: “An officer involved shooting occurred in the area of 600 South Rosewood Street.”

The shooting happened a few blocks east of S. Bristol at Willits.

The SAPD requested that we avoid the area until further notice.
