Alzheimer’s patient missing in Santa Ana

Advisory: MISSING PERSON: Prasert Sornnoi (78)

Description: Male, Asian, 4’11”, 119 pounds, gray hair, black eyes. Last seen wearing blue and white horizontal striped shirt, blue jeans, and brown sandals. Prasert Sornnoi was wearing a lanyard with a name tag containing his personal information at the time he went missing.

Last seen: Sornnoi was left alone in a vehicle parked at 1600 block West Edinger Avenue, Santa Ana while his roommate went into an office building for an appointment. When the roommate returned Sornnoi was not in the vehicle.

Synopsis: Sornnoi is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s as well as other medical conditions, and he takes four critical medications daily for these conditions. He will need immediate medical attention upon being located. He is without his medications. Sornnoi also goes by the first name of “Joe” and he might know his first name. When Sornnoi went missing in the past he walked 25 miles and was located by CHP. Sornnoi lives in La Habra. Sornnoi has never been known to utilize public transportation. He is a walker.
