AltaMed Mobile Health Clinic at El Salvador Park on Monday, 3-21

The AltaMed Mobile Health Clinic will be visiting El Salvador Park and providing the following services:

  • Well – Child and School Physicals
  • Immunization Updates
  • Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance for Healthy Families and Medi – Cal

Very important, please remember to bring your Yellow Immunization Card.
