  • Its easy to operate a non-profit that evaluates county services like O.C.T.A. and conduct studies on the kinds of fraud that are allowed to take place, which deprive many persons of their civil rights, Fourth Amendment rights. Persons who are often targeted for riding the bus, are victims of malicious conduct, discrimination other forms of abuse.
