A thief can steal your wallet or valuables from your purse in seconds. A pair of suspects appear to have stolen a victim’s wallet from her purse while she waited in line for the Carousel at the Spectrum in Irvine, in November, as caught on a surveillance video posted on Facebook by the Irvine Police Department.
