Clinton Agapinan, a 36-year-old motorcyclist, died at an Anaheim hospital on Saturday after he fled from police and later crashed.
Anaheim police officers spotted Agapinan at around 11:15 p.m. on Thursday near Haster Street and Katella Avenue, according to the Anaheim Police Dept.
The officers did not pursue him at the time, but a short while later they discovered that Agapinan had crashed his motorcycle as he apparently was speeding near Katella Avenue and Stadium Crossing.
The police officers discovered that Agapinan had a weapon, as they gave him first aid. They confiscated the gun and he allegedly became combative. The police officers then handcuffed him to control him.
Agapinan began to suffer from medical distress after he was handcuffed. The police officers again began to provide medical aid and paramedics from Anaheim Fire & Rescue took him to a hospital, where he later died.
It is not clear when Agapinan died. The cause of his death will be determined by the OC Coroner.
Investigators from Anaheim Police Department Traffic Detail responded to investigate the collision and investigators from the OCDA’s office also responded to investigate the incident. They were assisted by Anaheim Police Dept. homicide detectives. The Anaheim Police Department’s Major Incident Review Team and Internal Affairs teams will also conduct concurrent investigations.

This all don't make any sense how could he be fleeing if a pursue never took place. Trying to make a young man look bad to cover up what they don't want anyone to find out. Something don't seem right about this I hope the family finds answers...Rest in Peace Clinton.
Definitely many questions. But why was he armed and did he have a permit for that gun? Was it even his gun?
