The OC Health Care Agency has released a list of the eateries (including restaurants, caterers and even school kitchens) that they inspected and shut down for the week of Oct. 17 to Oct. 25. Most of these eateries reopen pretty quickly after the health inspectors determine their issues have been resolved.

  • Blackmarket Bakery, 211 N. Broadway, Santa Ana, Closed: Oct. 21, Reason: Rodent infestation, Reopened: Oct. 22
  • Boiling Pot Restaurant, 12921 Magnolia St., Garden Grove, Closed: Oct. 21, Reason: Insufficient hot water, Reopened: Oct. 22
  • Taco Grill, 2590 Newport Blvd., Suite D, Costa Mesa, Closed: Oct. 17, Reason: Insufficient hot water, Reopened: Oct. 18
  • Update: Seafood World at 15351 Brookhurst St., Suite 101, Westminster, which was ordered closed Oct. 17 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen Oct. 18.
