The City of Santa Ana is extending the suspension of street sweeping parking tickets through May 31 and providing a 90-day extension for business license, dog license and PREP payments.

The City is continuing its order stopping water and sewer service disconnections.

These measures by City Manager Kristine Ridge, as authorized by the City Council’s declaration of a local emergency on March 17, are intended to provide financial relief and help the public comply with the Governor’s stay-at-home order.

STREET SWEEPING TICKETS:

Vehicles will not be ticketed for violating street sweeping parking restrictions through May 31.

The suspension of street sweeping tickets is retroactive to March 15, so any tickets that may have been received from that date or later do not need to be paid.

All other parking and traffic rules, restrictions and permit requirements remain in effect. However, the City isn’t currently charging penalties for late payment of parking violations.

BUSINESS LICENSE:

Anyone who has a Santa Ana Business License Annual Tax due date of March 31 through June 30 has a 90-day extension from the due date to make the payment without penalties or interest. This extension includes business license accounts with Business Improvement District (BID) charges.

DOG LICENSE:

Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a license for every dog over the age of 4 months that is owned, kept or harbored by, in the custody of, or under the control of any person within the city.

Those who are required to pay a dog license fee to the City of Santa Ana from March 31 through June 30 have a 90-day extension to make the payment and won’t be charged late fees or penalties.

PROACTIVE RENTAL ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM:

Anyone who has a Santa Ana PREP (Proactive Rental Enforcement Program) Fee due date of March 31 through June 30 has a 90-day extension from the due date to make the payment without penalties or interest.

La Ciudad está continuando su orden de parar las interrupciones de servicios de agua y drenaje.

Estas medidas por parte de la Gerente Municipal Kristine Ridge, autorizadas por la declaración de una emergencia local por el Concejo Municipal el 17 de marzo, tienen la intención de brindar alivio financiero y ayudar al público a acatar la orden del Gobernador de quedarse en casa.

INFRACCIONES POR BARRIDO DE CALLES:
Los vehículos no recibirán infracciones por infringir las restricciones de estacionamiento por barrido de calles hasta el 31 de mayo.

Việc hoãn phạt lỗi đỗ xe bắt đầu tính từ ngày 15 tháng 3, do đó các vé phạt được cấp từ ngày này trở đi đều không cần phải đóng phạt.

Các luật khác liên quan tới đỗ xe và giao thông vẫn có tác dụng như thường. Tuy nhiên, Thành phố hiện không tính thêm phí cho việc đóng tiền muộn của các lỗi liên quan tới đỗ xe.
