Wanted Suspect: Gustavo Alexander Penaloza (27)

Description: Male, Hispanic, 5’11” tall, 200 lbs., brown hair and brown eyes

Gustavo Penaloza has repeatedly shown up to the victim’s home while having an active restraining order and has forced himself inside the home. During multiple contacts with the victim, Penaloza has physically assaulted her causing physical injuries. In the most recent incident, Penaloza assaulted the victim by striking her multiple times causing various injuries to her body. An arrest warrant has been filed for multiple counts of domestic violence, stalking, and restraining order violations.
