A driver, who was not a local student, hit a parked car which caused her vehicle to flip upside down on Cambridge Street north of Walnut Avenue today, according to the Orange Police Department.
No major injuries were reported.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving impaired.

In California, if you crash while driving impaired but there are no injuries or victims, you will typically face standard DUI penalties. These can include:
- Misdemeanor charge on your record
- Jail time ranging from a few days up to six months
- Driver’s license suspension for up to six months
- Fines between $390 and $1,000
- Probation for three to five years12
Even though there are no injuries, the prosecutor may still push for penalties on the higher end of the spectrum because of the crash2.
