OC Streetcar crews will be working during nighttime hours to build a column support structure for the Westminster Avenue Bridge. A full closure of Westminster Avenue, from Harbor Boulevard to Enterprise Drive, will be in effect tonight, Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next morning.

Traffic will be detoured through Clinton Street and Fairview Street.
